Dear Members,
On behalf of the Peer Support Team, we would like to thank you for coming to this page.
For those who have experienced a recent loss or for those who are going through a separation or divorce this can be a very challenging time.
Our core mission is to be there for our Brothers and Sisters, especially during a time of need. If you find yourself struggling, please do not hesitate to reach out to one of our trained Peer Support Team Members. Just click on the “Trained Peer Support Member” link and it will take you directly to the Peer Support Team Roster.
You can also reach out to Alejandro Zavala, LMFT, CADC II, Director of the Behavioral Health Program for the United Firefighters of Los Angeles City, or LAFD Psychologist, Dr Krystle Madrid with the Department’s Behavioral Health Program.
Once again, the Peer Support Team wishes you and your families a very happy and healthy 2023.
Best,
Alejandro Zavala, LMFT, CADC II #124981
