BULLETIN 51-23 MEMBER UPDATE

October 10, 2023
Bulletin 51 – 23

MEMBER ALERT

As firefighters we face a tremendous amount of stress that can impact our own physical and mental health. It is important that we learn how to better understand behavioral health and how to be able to help our brothers and sisters when issues may arise. The film “Treading Water” by Healing Our Own helps provide a foundation on how to understand our mental health so that we can keep pushing forward, but also help others who are facing their own mental challenges and need help.
